Shouldn´t this cable be included with the mother?

ive been posting about some problems with my slim before. Its newest problem is that the presets are stuck. When i turn the value knob, only the numbers on the display change, but not the preset itself. Also, in the master menu scrolling to some features like auto tune makes the display go ...

Ok i installed midi ox and the port control shows that one of the midi yoke ports is constantly sending midi messages. Strange thing is, i dont even use this port...
However, good news is: when i shut down that port in midi ox, the slim phatty seems to work. I´ll investigate this further, if i find ...

some weeky ago i ordered my first slim phatty. I loved it´s sound, no question, but it was so full of flaws (tuning issues that no calibration could fix, even after hours of war up; crashes, hang ups, stuck notes and so on even after reboot, installing latest os,...) that i had to return ...

I installed the new firmware and ran the calibration routine. Sadly after some time the phatty keeps getting out of tune again and again. Also it has random crashes, sometimes ecrtain or all the buttons freeze, it randomly doesn´t recieve midi... *Arrg* i really love it´s sound, but is so unstable ...

Thanks for your answer Amos! About the calibration menu: in the manual it says default range is MIDI notes 12-116. However, after the firmware update the display reads 12-124. Which should i use?

Hi guys,

i purchased a slim phatty and had quite some troubles with it so far... Eg Midi often doesn´t work when the arp sync is set to external midi clock. Seems to be a common problem as far as i have read.
Also, even worse, it crashes randomly, and the last time it didn´t even start up anymore ...
