Re: Slim Phatty VST Editor MIDI Set Up
Can I do the automation "drawing" as you did without the vst plugin just using the midi cc message? 1st - I import an external track and put SP into it. 2nd - I do not see any form of configuring my midi cc to that external instrument :? All I have is the input gain & device on/off (fr...

Re: Slim Phatty = Too Limited or am I Too Lazy?
all perfect now! :D just got really used to it easily. Through your several sysex packages I've created my 99 favorite presets to use them as a starting point and I'm getting the job done exactly as I intended! Regarding some "jokes" above...we all have our working procedures. I know Moog'...

Re: Slim Phatty = Too Limited or am I Too Lazy?
Thank You Amos. So, I will send each preset bank into SP, and then I'll choose "my favorite"...It's a pity that I cannot have all of them at the same time! Thank you so much for your help. Really Appreciated! If any doubt urges, I'll hit up! Once again...thank you! You've been very helpful...

Re: Slim Phatty = Too Limited or am I Too Lazy?
Sorry for another reply.
I've unzipped the folder with the presets. It smells good already...but can I send them ALL to the SP, or I have to stick to a preset bank?
What are the "individual" presests? A bit confused now...
Sorry!
Thank You

Re: Slim Phatty = Too Limited or am I Too Lazy?
Amos, can you help with the sysex "sender" program.
I dunno witch kind of application should I use to send over the soundbank you've sent me.
Can I use the app that came with the CD in the SP?
Please let me know
And thank you for the great help!

Re: Slim Phatty = Too Limited or am I Too Lazy?
Hey, thank you all for the response. Well, I never intended to say that I'm unhappy with LP. The sound is completely wicked and powerful. I order it with one purpose only...Basslines! I found Amos reply very useful, as I've tried everything explained before, and now everything is working perfectly. ...

Re: Midi feedback loop - ableton live 8
Well, I dunno if this can help, but try to create the midi track in ableton like this:
1 - Midi Channel
2 - Import (External Instrument)
3 - Set it up straight to SP (in the midi output) / don't send the midi to the soundcard
4 - Set gain to -0dbs
Let me know if it helped

Slim Phatty = Too Limited or am I Too Lazy?
Hey Moogers! It's the first time I'm owning a Moog synthesizer and I must say I'm loving the sound, although I'm having some thoughts about the slim phatty witch makes me wonder if this product is a little "too limited" compared to other products in the same price range. Well, first of all...
