I don't think you can connect the MAUDIO directly to the SP via usb (that's honestly what MIDI exists for... interconnectability without the need for a driver), but you can totally map the MAUDIO to the SP via your DAW app.
Create a track, set the maudio usb as midi input, and the SP usb as the midi ...
