Ok, I got the OS update to go through without the USB 32 update. I understood that the SysEx file was only for the non-USB Phattys and PhattyLoader was for the USB Phattys . I was wrong. Tech support is telling me I have to upgrade my USB firmware first and I need to run the included "LP_USB_V32" file first. I'm on MAC OSX and LP_Stage_StageII_v3_1_Update_OSX does not include a file "LP_USB_V32". They told me they would email me the file, and of course it's a .ex...
