Drone osc 1&2. Control osc 3 with pitch cv into the mod2. Patch to osc 3 with a mod bus. You'll just need another cv source for the osc 3 pitch. A little workaround, but more flexible. I verified that this works on my xl. I ran the cv through am attenuator to scale the voltage appropriately.

Thanks! I target -18db as the peak level for recording in the digital environment. I also, mix to -18db in the mix busses and mastering busses. It gives a less sterile sound, and allows a much better range of operation for compressor plugins. you may be surprised, but I used 3 stages of compression....

I would call moog support immediately. I would bet that you need an analog board swap. I had similar issues, which then evolved into some of the coolest distortion that I have ever heard(recorded it). Some sounds were silent, and others were barely there. I am experimenting with the oberkorn, the voyager xl+the timbre modules(Buchla clone). I am getting some cool stuff, but haven't yet found exactly what I am looking for. I will keep working!

Hi, Thank you for the feedback! The drums were created using The Dave smith tempest. Each of the 6 drum voice has 2 analog oscillators, 2 digital oscillators, an analog low pass filter, analog high pass filter, an analog vca (with feedback), 2 lfo's, 8 modulation busses and 4 performance controllers...

Well, I was hoping for some feedback from the Moog community. I will work on it, I guess..
