The problem is with the phatty, it's not 1v per octave like mfb or eurorack.

so is the gate s-trig? and if so would using the old transistor in the jack trick to make an s-trig responf to gate voltage work?

i only ask since the gate opens when a jack is inserted and i'd like to use it with my eurorack modular

Now that i've had the sp a while I've noticed that occasionally the midi out on the USB stops working. The unit still responds to midi in sent from the daw but no longer sends midi, this is a huge issue if local control is off. Restarting the daw/sp fixes this but is not a great solution.

Any ideas?
