max DC power supply voltage
is there a maximum DC power supply voltage before damage might occur to a Moogerfooger pedal? If I wanted to use an external battery that might get as high as 13.8V @ full charge, would it be necessary to regulate that down to 9V, or can the Moogerfoogers internal circuitry handle that much overvolt...

in general, buying a stringed instrument online will get you a stringed instrument that needs to be adjusted by an expert. That's pretty much just par.

will this pedal take a 12VDC power supply? I want to run it off of a battery, but it seems crazy to feed it an inverted signal if it's just gonna get rectified right away.... can anyone verify that this will work? what do the experts think?
