Re: Voyager filter drive/resonance distortion

Try an mxr eq pedal. Boost a liitle of the lows, and a lot of the highs.

Re: Can Slim send all CC at ones? (Sysex alternative)

One way to do this would be to have a program that parses the sysex, and outputs the value to live. I'm not sure if something like ctrl could do that.

Re: MiniFooger Power 9V+, but tip or sleeve?

I've blown 2 Malekko mini pedals this way. Assholes! Luckily my engineer friend fixed them up. I gues... hope they've put a diode to protect the circuit from such mismanipulation. (<-- me talking tech-electronics for the first time as I'm learning  ) This is just common sense design, it's prob...

Wonder how large is large? Larger in name than say, Korg, which is actually much larger.

Re: LP: Can I poly chain with a different midi synth?

This is an interesting problem that I've often wondered about. The best suggestion I can give to to set your phatty into polychain mode and hook up some sort of midi monitor to try and decipher what is going on. Then, if you're a using a computer, try to use a flexible midi routing program such max/...

Meets all your criteria, plus it sounds great.
Very flexible, you can turn knobs live just like an analog delay.
Easy to setup whatever number of presets you need for a gig.
Agreed! Time factor rocks.

Wow, try using periods and coherent sentences. All I can tell is your phatty is having USB problems. But seriously, sober up. Might help.

Re: boss rc-300

I believe the Phatty arpeggiator sends out midi clock, so you could do some sort of sync with the boss. I'm not sure how loop pedals handle sync. Perhaps it quantizes your loop or something.

Re: Worth it to go Duophonic?

I gotta agree with narrowcaster, two notes sounds much fuller than one. I simply use a voyager with an oberheim SEM. Voyager low not priority, SEM high note. Sounds fantastic. It's a unison sound when one note is played, and then spits up as I play a second note. Works great, very intuitive, and a s...

Big muff pi with tone wicker

It works awesome for overdriving the voyager. Bypass the the tone on the muff, and the voyager just sizzles. Using the tip-ring send return plug. Does anyone else here use anything similar to overdrive their machine? I also got excellent results running the right out into the external in.
