I have a 3-track EP that will be released on Aug 5th that has a number of Phatty sounds on it. All of the basslines and some lead sounds were created on the Slim. What drum machine are you using? It's sounds like the drum machine might be sending MIDI notes from its patterns to the Phatty.

You can also try holding down the Mod Amount button until it blinks. Now when you turn up the Mod Amount you should hear the modulation, even if you don't push up the mod wheel on your keyboard.

As the Slim Phatty only has a single 1/4" audio out it is a mono instrument. I think you'll need to set up the driver for your audio interface to recognize that channel 1 is receiving a mono signal and not the left side of a stereo signal.

The Slim Phatty is not a controller. How could you use it with the animoog app? Do the knobs transmit MIDI? I do not think it's going to work. I run the animoog with my ipad2 in an Alesis dock and it works good. I was hoping that I could pass the MIDI through from my Nordlead keyboard into the Slim...
