Re: so many bugs, and no arrival date.

Hi! And one year after I’m starting to have the issue again... but guarantee is expired... I don’t want to have a similar issue on a 40 pounds heavy synth and have to send it back for repair... yeah it’s fine if you’re in the states, but otherwise you’re stuffed. is the repair guaranteed? seems lik...

Re: so many bugs, and no arrival date.

and i agree Amos is a far better communicator. i pretty much agree with everything said above. i love the company, but i expect full midi implementation on any synth i buy. the most expensive one shouldn’t be any different there.

Re: so many bugs, and no arrival date.

there aren’t any in australia yet. and i really don’t want a user experience where i’m debugging something so expensive, i don’t hav e the time or energy for it. i need solutions in my studio not problems. and most people would second guess a $10,000 purchase if it wasn’t working perfectly. i just d...

so many bugs, and no arrival date.

i’m seriously thinking of cancelling my order. after seeing the 1.0.3 video and all the bugs it HASNT resolved, all the basic features like MIDI that aren’t functional. and still no word of when they might arrive in australia. i ordered mine they week of announcement when i was told it might be in N...

Re: 8 voice or 16 voice and why?

i guess for me it was knowing it had three synth engines, so that means my hands can play synth 1, a sequencer can play drums on synth 2 and an arpeggio can play on synth 3. that could easily get above 8 voices, especially with long sustain/releases. it just seemed to me if i’m going to spend a fort...

Re: Moog One - Not For Everybody

i hate my prophet 6. my mate has both ob6 and prophet 6 and the moog one seems to have taken over for him, his ears are exemplary, so i am not worried. it’s not just about presets for “basic users” it’s about the base oscillators, filters etc, and the level of control you have to dial them in *just ...

Re: Moog One vs Other Polysynths

I’ll have to have another look on YouTube for the poly six comparison as I’d like to see that Myself I’m not a fan of a lot of the sound design I’m hearing on the one. But I am a fan of the raw basic building blocks and there are moments in some of the Moog videos where I hear a sound I love. I foun...

Re: when will the case be available?

that gator case does look good, good to know the measurements are ok. i’d prefer something with wheels, i’m pretty short so when i’m lifting cases they only barely off the ground! i’ve heard a case is coming...

Re: Moog One Answers

As a bass player I mostly use monophonic instruments but use many other synths for drones and such while playing. Since the oscillators can provide so many more voices on the ONE I am leaning towards purchasing one anyway as a super-synth that can do everything I need it to do. What I need to know ...
