Just picked up a Subsequent 37 CV the other day and have been playing around with the CV I/O functions. I see there is the ability to select "duopitch" and "duogate" on the outputs, but it doesnt seem to function as I would expect it to and there is no mention of functionality in the manual. My process for calibrating 1v/oct:

Turn on and let sit for 5-10 minutes

Turn VCA Switch to ON and connect a CV source to VCO EXP. I use the Qnexus.

Turn the VCO EXP Trimpot to the center.

Connect the Werkstatt output to a guitar tuner. Anything will do really. We aren't calibrating this ...

I'm working on putting all of the mods I've done into a DIY package. I'll be making a bunch of vids detailing everything. Calibrating is one of em. Hopefully I'll have everything up and running by next weekend.

Try putting a diode (4148) going from the MIDI Gate Out to where you have the Gate connected to the Werkstatt.

One main thing to keep in mind is you cannot drive external VCO's with the keyboard as it outputs 3v/oct. You'll need to add a 200k resistor and 100k trimmer to calibrate the kb out to scale 1v/oct. Interesting. That resistor is sensitive. I've fried it out from using a wrong power supply to shorting contacts to ground. I've never had a PS on a syth with such a sensitive part. Seems like a bad design choice for something thats intended to be user modifiable.

Very nice! If I didn't already have my spaghetti mess of a Werkstatt I'd be first in line for a kit. I really like how you cleanly incorporated the MiniCV board. There are a lot of input and output pads. Do all of those connect up to pads on the Werkstatt?
