Last night i went to use my very lightly played Voyager RME, it made a few odd sounds and then began failing...

LCD either blank, flashing, sometimes completing a boot, but LFO stuck on rate, midi indicator ...

It's sheer junk, i bought it soon after it came out, the VST has NEVER worked properly whatsoever in the flagship host Cubase on Mac OS.. the banks it creates are not even compatible with their stand alone editor.

junkware for good, shame would a great thing if it ever worked, i got my money back ...

if you're on a Mac then buy the Soundtower editor/librarian, that works...well

however as someone with bitter experience, DO NOT touch the VST/AU plugin...it is utter complete garbage and utterly useless

they seem utterly incapable of getting it right....simple test (with the demo if you want) try ...

If you're using the demo then i strongly suggest you never pay for it.

This is version 1.1.0 and in Mac OS neither the VST or AU are able to load their own saved banks.

This is basic functionality, clearly untested and broken since the initial release.

and it's still as broken and incompetent as the initial release..it does not load its own received banks still..

I've had it, easily the worst software i've wasted money on ever (and that's really saying something)

I'm going for my money back...enough of this BS ...

Why on earth are Moog selling software by this clearly incompetent company?!!

I contact ST because the SE plugin doesn't load it's own saved banks!!!! WTF?

How in the universe is that possible?? Anyhow they never replied once and of course Moog did who relayed similar stuff about an update coming ...

Well,

my RME came back again and it's been ok for a couple of weeks...It had been reset. No clear answer to why it malfunctioned.

I just got back into the studio and turned it on, I'm now hearing a tone emanating from the casing.

I called the wholesaler/importer's service guy....hey guess what ...

For many years I've always wanted a Moog (I've owned and used just about everything else, including friend's mini's) and finally got the Voyager RME a couple of weeks ago.
