the modular kit is pretty straightforfawrd to operate, my only grief is that the s&H output, dosen't seems to work properly as it double the saw output. A part from that is great for sync the cutoff to an incoming clock or other easy stuff like that, I still have to experiment more. The document...

I can't say that I've decided to part or not from my midimurf and take a 108m, which I think I would use it more than just the drive.

Yes, I understand what you mean. My "problem" is that I'm using a lot the drive on the 105m, but not very much the pattern side for which the pedal is primarly built. So I was thinking about gettin rid of it and take another fooger instead (I was thinking about the cluster or the phaser). ...

But the drive on the two pedals sound very different to my ears, the ring modulator's drive being more just like a gain, while the midimurf's drive goes a lot more into distortion territory. I just got back a moog rogue (this time modified with midi input and modular kit) and doepfer dark energy.
I've also been able to find a Farfisa Syntorchestra that sounds sweet
