Hi - I just saw this post asking for how I fixed my mod wheel - well, eventually - my fix stopped working. I then used super glue 2 - a plastic superglue to create resistance so the pot would move. It is now holding. However, I think my issue was different than yours...

well - think i fixed it... but i thought that before... basically the fuzzy part under the keys were sticky - sort of tar like... not sure if the people before smoked or spilled or gigged...

i have a sticky key on my prodigy. when i hold down the C note - it sticks down then pops up. i've tried cleaning it countless times. any suggestions?

Sunday - I bought a prodigy
Monday - i bought a korg ms2000
It is Thursday and I haven't even turned on the korg.... it sounds so bad in comparison.
Both were bought at about half the going ebay resell price so I'll probably sell that ms2000.

well - i fixed the issue today. after checking all the connections - i went back to the screw - which was cross threaded. basically, the wheel was moving but the resistor was not... by adjusting the screw, for some reason it gave it resistance and started to work! maybe stuck over time... i bought t...

i'll have to check that - do you think if i can still hear modulation when i flip the switch that the pot works and it may be a connection issue? or can the pot not work and you can still hear modulation?

i hear modulation when i flip the modulation switch - the modulation wheel must be set at some volume, maybe the middle... is there a default volume if the mod wheel doesn't function? I am afraid of loosing the flat head screw on the knob - it seems like it is on the very tight - i don't know if tha...

hum... both are on but it still doesn't seem to work... does the mod wheel do the same thing as the mod rate knob?

i love my moog prodigy but there is one problem with it... the modulation wheel does not function. i've taken it apart but i'm not sure if it needs replacing or what. the wheel turns but nothing happens. does the modulation wheel do the same thing as the modulation knob? if not - where can i find pa...
