Re: Anyone put Ferrite Cores in their fooger to eliminate RF
Of course, a Faraday Cage....why didn't I think of that - the scene in Enemy Of The State comes to mind where Gene Hackman takes Wil Smith to his "Hideout". :D Or maybe a local hospital is throwing out their MRI and I can have the 30' x 20' x 12' copper box they had it in...

Anyone put Ferrite Cores in their fooger to eliminate RF?
Hi all,
I have a question in to moog tech support on this topic as well but thought I would post out here also.
I have a MF101 Lo Pass filter that is a radio basically when its on (in addition to functioning as an incredible sounding filter....now if I can just get rid of the college radio ...

Re: MP-201 Exp Pedal & "Active Ignore"
Thanks for the answers everyone -
Had a chance to really dig into the pedalboard+MP-201 this weekend, and really got some great things happening with all the control possibilities.
It is truly a thing of joy to be able to get an "auto-organic" morphing sound out of analog pedals without having to ...

Re: Confirm LFO Shape / Range Understanding
Update:
After some experimentation I think I have determined that in fact, in Unipolar mode, the Offset "center-line" is relative to the "center-line" of the LFO waveform and not the bottom.
I set up a Ramp Up Saw LFO, set the range to 5V and the offset to 0V, and it appeared....based solely on what ...

Confirm LFO Shape / Range Understanding
So the manual discusses the relationship of LFO Amount and Offset. Amount is the "Depth" control, and Offset is the "Centerline" control. It has the clear examples for how offset affects Bi-Polar Voltages, but doesn't explicitly indicate how Offset affects unipolar voltages. My assumption is that ...

MP-201 Exp Pedal & "Active Ignore"
So I am the proud new owner of an MP-201 (v2 firmware update), and will shortly be creating LFO'd sonic mayhem with my bitcrusher and modfactor. And after explaining the MP-201's "raison d'ĂȘtre" to my wife (fellow musician and producer), a Little Phatty has suddenly popped up on her must have list ...
