What exactly is the setup you have when you are experiencing this issue? (MIDI interface, MIDI Ins/Outs, Clock Source, Sequencer, DAW, number of MIDI pieces in the chain, etc.)

Would like to re-create this to see if it is an issue that should be looked into further.

Gverstraete- This sounds like a ground loop to me. You will want to do some of the basic ground loop troubleshooting: -Make sure that your LP is plugged into the same outlet or power strip as all your other powered gear in the setup (amps, mixers, speakers, computer). It sounds like a MIDI feedback loop to me. Try setting your in/out channels to different values. Also, Logic does have some odd MIDI routing that causes the LP to behave very oddly when they are interacting. You can make MIDI filters in the environment that might aid in sorting some of that out.
