Re: Subsequent 37 patches switching to "edited" on display immediately on selection
Whenever I switch to a hardware preset on my Subsequent 37 the asterisks immediately appear in the display indicating that the patch has been edited, when I know it has not. My guess is that a potentiometer is sending twitchy values. The easiest way to prove this would be with MIDI Monitor (free Ma...

Or... If you were thinking:

Re: Phatty's dancing LEDs: ultimate guide intent
On some occasions, the LEDs around the potentiometers of Little/Slim Phatty will move by themselves, causing the sound to change accordingly. This may not be your particular situation, but it may help in troubleshooting. My Little Phatty's knobs would zombie scroll when I had certain 9v AC->DC FX p...

Re: Theremin etherwave
...seems I’ll need a cv to midi converter can anyone shed any light on this? Or should I sell this and get the theremini instead which I know does this easily. Hi Psyordie, I'd say that the money and time you'll spend on a CV-to-MIDI convertor would be better spent getting a Theremini. The exceptio...

Re: Looking for Distortion
I'm running a couple of mother 32s into a Barbetta Sona 31 225W solid-state amp for a clean and wide sonic pallet. I'm wanting to add the ability to have some searing distorted tones ala John Lord albeit without the B3 and 100 W Marshall. Has anyone tried these, or anything else to make the Mothers...

Re: Moog Voyager silver dials over knobs
Hi team, I am looking at purchasing a Voyager but have noticed about seven of the silver dial caps on the knobs have fallen off. Does anyone know where I can find replacements? Moog said they had none in stock. Hi Dave, When searching, include the word "brights" which is one of the ways c...

Re: Matriarch stringer sounds?
Can the Matriarch produce 70’s string synth tones? Like Jean Michelle Jarre Oxygène and Tangerine Dream? I’m thinking of sounds like Yamaha CS80, Korg Trident. etc. The key piece of the puzzle for stringer emulation is an Ensemble effect. Once you find a pedal that does Ensemble the way you want, i...

Re: EMERGENCY - SUB 37 Editor can't export bank
If you want to back up an entire SUB 37 to another SUB 37 (or SUBSEQUENT 37), why not do it with a simple SysEx Dump using either "ALL PRESETS" or "BULK DUMP"? You can MIDI dump directly from one SUB (or SUBSEQUENT) 37 to the other (without a computer), or you can dump to a free ...

Re: MATRIARCH - reversed color
Yes, you are.
I heard the legend of the reversed-button Matriarch, but I just assumed it was a fairy tale.
The value of that unit is incalculable!
(Keep your studio doors locked.)
Would you consider trading it for my Upside Down Stamp?

Re: Best Midi Keyboard for Model 15 App?
How much of a delay is there with a Bluetooth keyboard? Is it noticeable at all? I was considering getting a camera converter to avoid that if got a keyboard for a portable rig. There isn't enough to bother me. The main reason is that it's only MIDI that's being Bluetoothed, not audio, which needs ...

Re: Matriarch delay time
Here's my post from Gearslutz: A clarification of the Matriarch's PING PONG Delay: I consider true Stereo Ping Pong behavior to be: Send a single, short audio blip into a monaural in of a delay. Realtime blip is centered (both Left and Right Outs) First delayed blip is Left Out only (XXXms later) Ne...
