Re: MIDI Controlled in Effects Loop
I use the MF-108M in a rack and controlled by the Moog MP-201 footpedal and another controller as well. It works perfectly.

Re: Foogers live
The MP-201 is indeed a bad-ass. Combined with the Cluster Flux the pair is deadly.
In keeping with the way-too-dark-footage, I offer this example of the ClusterFlux/MP-201 with my Buchla 200e. Jump to 01:47.

Re: New recording: Voyager, MF 104M, & MP 201
The MP-201 is perhaps the most amazing and forward-thinking (outside the box) physical device (Animoog excepted) that Moog ever released. The fact that it didn't sell in enough numbers in order to be economically sustainable is a bit of a testament to that. The Moog engineers pretty much thought of ...

Yet, you don't say why. What is your reasoning here?
mico wrote:I think a software editor for the Taurus 3 should be held at a higher priority than the MP-201. Regardless of how awesome of a controller it may be, I think Moog should cover the editor grounds with all their synthesizers first and foremost.

Re: Using an external modular filter from the Mixer Out sock
There is no difference in theory if you go 5U or Eurorack except for the jack size. Plus, in Euro-format, everything is more compact (a plus or minus subjectively) and there is much more choice available.

Re: HELP: Minimoog Model D or Minimoog Voyager?
Is this for performance on stage? Then get the Voyager.
If not, then write down a list of all the pros & cons, in your mind, and then write down a list of your top requirements. See where these two lists intersect. Et Viola; you'll have your answer.

Re: Voyager or Minimoog?
It's easy to spot the Voyager as the Voyager can do what the Model D can't do.

Re: phatty owner, wants voyager, has questions...
I've never played a Lil' Phatty. However, I've got a Voyager and use the sync sounds quite a bit. I also use the feedback trick from time-to-time and it works as expected.
In short, the Voyager will do what you are asking.

Re: Bugs in the Voyager Editor
For backing up. For seeing what makes a patch 'tick' at a glance. I have to ask the dumb question. Why do you need an editor? I mean, there are knobs and switches for most of the functions and the menus aren't too deep to be difficult. (Try a DX7 or a Sequential VS) Can it be automated by some seque...
