Controlling the SC Pro One with the Voyager/VX-351 set

I wonder if it's possible to control via CV my SC Pro One with the Voyager/VX-351 which are hooked up thru MIDI to the computer?
I tried some things but nothing happened.

Yesterday I tried to update my Little Phatty 2.0 to 2.2 via the USB and my Apple G5 2.3 with OSX Tiger 10.5.6. But after that something went wrong. Kind of the same as written in this post. The display says: SEND FIRMWARE SX, CODE ERROR 1 Now how can I send the right firmware to my Phatty? Other too...
