Is this still happening at some point??
I'd pay to have 3 modified to MU format.

Re: Voyager Microtuning
Q: has anyone tried the H-Pi TBX-1 Tuning Box, and got it working with the Voyager?
Looked like a great midi box to do alternate temperaments and supposedly compatible with the Voyager. But I've had it in the studio for a week and can't seem to get it to work.

Re: post your voyager sounds
Thanks Kenneth. Yes, and the master sounds a lot better than the Soundcloud stream (which is painfully distorted). You can get a copy of that here: http://bendingbus.bandcamp.com/ or download AAC format from iTunes.

Re: Best Interface for the moog voyager
The Metric Halo stuff sounds good; the ULN2 is perfect for recording 2-tracks at a time. The LIO8 with the built in DI is also amazing.

Re: Voyager tuning
Aware of warm up time and pitch going slightly sharp once closing the case...it's not that. It's that an osc1 "C" on one preset is different than an osc1 "C" on a different preset, for no apparent reason. I'm using a Peterson analog strobe which is darn accurate. You would think ...

Re: Voyager tuning
Your not the only one who has noticed this, don't have any explanation. After opening up the back and tuning some presents are spot on and others osc1 is slightly sharp/flat. There doesn't seem to be any pitch modulation or anything to explain why it is doing it. The fine tune knob setting isn't bei...

Re: Voyager Microtuning
Thanks for the link, interesting stuff...I was wondering about uses for the pitch jack as well. Hmm I can't believe they figured it out for the Little Phatty but not for our poor Voyagers. Do we know if the micro-tuning implementation is simply "a software thing", which could be added to t...

Re: Voyager Microtuning
Yeah ribbons are ribbons and that's a great proven tool for that sort of playing. But that's not the playing I want to do; that is to say no gliding around finding a note with a +/- 0-3 cent accuracy. I want to hit a 660hz tone spot on to a 1/10 of a cent accuracy, bam, and use the keyboard to do th...

Voyager Microtuning
Question to you guys who have experimented with microtuning...is there a way to tune/override the Voyager keyboard to do something *other* than the 12 equally spaced note western scale? To me it just doesn't make any sense to have this out-of-tune carry-over from the piano world; I want A = 440hz, a...

Re: Subbass - HOW?
Yesterday I was in the shop working on a breakdown section and almost ripped the woofers to shreds laying down a sub bass track. Single osc, smooth wave, no res, vol full on, tracking with tube optical compression on the way to tape. It is a really nice thing.
