Re: RUMORS - not of the Fleetwood Mac nature

"Over 12 000 Minimoog D were produced between 1971 and 1981" I don't know the figures exactly but I would hazard a guess that despite the large initial sales there are probably not that many that are presently available to purchase and looking at current prices for these near antiques they...

Re: RUMORS - not of the Fleetwood Mac nature

Rumor has it that a new 4 voice poly is coming around the corner soon based on the phatty voice. Also Moog will release a Minimoog remake but exactly what this means is unclear. The hope is it will not be a collectors only item, but a tool for musicians. If there was any synth that should be re-rele...

Re: What would you ask the Moog folks at NAMM

I guess my question would be, despite NAMM being over, when are the rumored 4 voice poly and model d remake going to hit the market. April would be a nice time if Moog does not wish to loose custom to other manufacturers. If the rumor is true then my hope is the mini is not priced for collectors only.

Re: New ARP Odyssey synthesizer!

The Arp Odyssey is a lovely instrument when in good condition and of course is a direct derivative of the 2600 with one distinction being the high pass filter (without resonance control). I'm wondering if Korg will be tempted to improve upon the original design. Which in a way I hope that they do if...

Re: Sub37 Stage Edition

I think it would be fairly surprising for Moog to not release a Stage (like) edition after the initial 1st year of sales of the Tribute Sub37. It would seem a very unlikely senario to do so much development for a product with a sales life of just 1 year. I think the sub 37 tribute or otherwise is a ...

Re: Filtatron

Just bought the app today and for the money this is without doubt one of the best audio apps I have used on my Iphone. It just goes to show what brilliance can be achieved when you couple modern technology with the pedigree and collective knowledge of a company like Moog. Absolute joy of a product t...

Re: Can I upgrade my Little Phatty VST editor for free?

Not sure about the midi clock issue you are having (meaning I need to look into this further) but I am able to automate the filter cutoff. Maybe in the meantime someone else can shed light on this for you.

Re: Can I upgrade my Little Phatty VST editor for free?

I think you may mean the 2.1 editor librarian software?
Current VST editor is 1.14.
What problems are you having exactly?

CV upgrade

Hi everyone There has been some conflicting information regarding the CV Mod and I wanted to hear some clarification preferably from Moog. As far as I have read here on these forums that the upgrade is a factory only fix but..... someone in Canada can do this as also someone in England. Does that me...

Re: CV output mod as MIDI to CV

I may be miles off here so apologies. But don't you need to have Midi Through in order to pass on the midi signal to a second unit (in your case the SEM). Just an idea and no I'm no expert on midi.

No, "one track at a time sweet Jebus"
but you can always record an audio track from your LP then set up a new track and play over it with a new LP audio track.
