Re: Voyager OS - Third Oscillator Not Always Working
I had OSC 3 go dead on my OS too...post warranty. Since it was in the Moog shop 6 months prior for a checkup/mod they were understanding about me being frustrated that the OSC went dead soon thereafter. They took care of me, as they always have. Aside from Mesa/Boogie, I've not dealt with a customer...

Re: MF-104z Listing
Yeah. I picked up the 104M and it really has more to offer me. I've thought about keepin the 104Z in the closet as a collector piece, but that seems kind of silly.

Re: WTB: Moog MF-104Z $400 ballpark
That's like saying the RE-501, which had many circuit improvements and even added Chorus, makes the RE-201 inferior in every way. I think you'd have a hard time convincing many people of that. Plus, doesn't the 104M have a shorter (<1s) max delay time? There's something

Re: Lost Sound out of Osc 3
Yep. Checked the Hi/Lo. It's not intermittent, it only goes through one wave cycle at the very startup of the unit and then nothing. Most frustrating part is that I sent it to Moog a few months ago to fix an issue/upgrade the legato switch and get a tune up. I would have hoped that something like th...

Lost Sound out of Osc 3
Anyone else had Osc 3 drop out on them (only making small pops or taps)? I've got a Voyager OS.
If I do a 3->1 FM, at start up it will fire one wavelength off then go silent.
Any help is appreciated.
Cheers!

About to enter the fray...
Should have a Moog guitar headed my way soon...I'm calling upon all you veterans for some tips/tricks for a beginner (of this guitar, not the instrument in general).
Many thanks!

Controller for Minitaur
Hi all,
Can anyone recommend a decent controller to use with the Minitaur? I'd prefer quality key feel/playability to having other features (drum pads, all that other junk that is on these things). In short, a nice set of keys without any frills...just a simple controller.
Cheers!

Re: Order your Minitaur now!
Question...what would you send to the audio in/outs on this thing? Am I correct in understanding that you would need a MIDI device of some kind to actually play this thing? Cheers! Yes, you would play it with a MIDI keyboard controller or footboard controller, or MIDI sequencer, or finally an analo...
