I've got the same problem but no suggestions as yet?

I was having problems upgrading firmware and when I checked the Midi Setup Menu half the options are missing, namely those where's you select midi in/out! Help! I've reset to factory a number of times but no good.

At long last my rebate CP-251 has arrived - great job by Source distribution in the UK - thank you. As for Moog - totally rubbish customer service and expectation setting.

Having been promised that Moog would deliver the CP-251s to UK distribution on the 15th of June I now hear it's been pushed back to June 30th. Trading Standards anyone?

I had an email from the distributor in the UK who estimated delivery in June - a bit longer than the 8-10 weeks promised in the offer.
