Sorry you are having so much trouble with your 15. I had 2 thoughts. The switch itself may be failing. a squirt of Deoxit may help. Make sure the edge connector on the back of the module is fully seated.

midi channel 7 has the chord on synth 1
midi channel 8 has the bass on synth 2
midi channel 9 has the 2nd chord on synth 3
