Re: Claim of delays on Grandmother on Gearslutz

A large percentage of the guys over on that site are knobs anyway. They've had a go at me on more than one occasion for owning two CS80's and four Minimoog's. that is very true, but from what i saw on gearslutz from reading your posts, that you were also being a bit of a knob yourself. if you go in...

Re: Moog Model 15

this is a nice app, a moog 15 modular at last! however i would have preferred a 960 sequential controller rather than a simple arpeggiator.

Re: Sub37 - Have you had this much trouble with other synths

Well my new Sub 37 arrived today with a little bit of damage, the top left hand corner of the wood side is cracked and looks like the corner of it may break off, and the polystyrene blocks the sub 37 sits in were all cracked and a bit busted. So it's gonna have to go back to the shop! Not happy at a...

Re: Social Entropy Engine and Octatrack Similar?

I don't have either (Engine or Octatrack) tbh. There is a entire thread on GS dedicated to the Engine sequencer,
and entire threads on Elektronauts on the Octatrack, suggest you check 'em out.

Re: Social Entropy Engine and Octatrack Similar?

No! The Engine's sequencer is a bit more advanced than the Octatrack's sequencer. The Engine can do step skip like a Moog 960 sequencer, the Octatrack cannot. Elektron's sequencer implementations are rather basic with note on or note off (mute), plus a 8 x CV/Gate expansion board is coming soon for ...

Will there be a desktop/rack sub phatty ?

Dear Moog, will there be a desktop/rack version of the sub phatty, for folks who have no more room left for keyboards ?

Re: Voyager RME Discontinued

Hooray! The Voyager RME was expensively priced, putting it out of the reach of many musicians who could not afford the premium 2K+ price for it, especially in Europe. And RME was not without problems either. It's time to bring the prices down a bit on any new forthcoming products. Like any company, ...

Re: What's going on with the Minitaur ?

i have been told by a UK distributor, that the next batch of Minitaurs are due to be in between 4 and 8 weeks time. so i will have to wait a little while longer.

no, don't want to buy one from the US, i will be charged import duty, vat and handling fees.

What's going on with the Minitaur ?

I'm trying to purchase a Minitaur here in the UK and not one Music Retailer has any in stock at all ?

Is the Minitaur ceasing production or something, or is a bigger better version coming from Moog.

Re: Moog to release modules this year

aaaaand it's official: m A great announcement indeed, yes MOOG those insanely high prices signify one thing... is that you will drive business into the hands of other modular manufacturers whose systems are better priced. Only the worlds top 1% rich people will only be able to afford these things. ...
