Thanks for brining this to our attention. Your issues with the Subharmonicon have been reported to the appropriate folks at Moog Music. Please note that the factory is closed over the weekend (including Memorial day), so responses to technical issues will be delayed.

Although we do our best to keep them out, several spammers got by us recently and are now posting PMs to members. They have since been banned from the forums.

If you received a spam PM from anyone recently, please delete it.

Over the weekend, the forums were hit by hundreds of spammers, one of which ("annadiego") managed to infiltrate our PM messaging system. All of the spammers have since been banned, and additional security measures are being implemented to (hopefully) prevent it from happening again.

Sorry you are experiencing this issue. Check that the input level and drive are optimized with peaks in the orange-red range and the output is around 11-1 o'clock. Also, if the time control is turned past 3 o'clock, this can increase noise because this is an analog unit. If you are still ...

In your configuration, you would either want to use a MIDI to iPad cable or a MIDI to USB cable
and connect that to your camera kit.
