so i did a bulk dump, reset the mp-201 to factory default, and it took the firmware just fine. hope this helps anyone else who has an issue.

When I try to update the firmware on my MP-201 (1.00->1.01) the pedal doesn't respond. I've tried with 3 usb cables, 3 computers (2 pcs, 1 mac) and get the same response every time - nothing. The MIDI light on the MP-201 lights up when my sysex software is sending, but never displays ...

This will be implemented in the next firmware update!

actually you can change preset now, using a MIDI program change command. It's pretty standard stuff.

Midi CC#90 will be arpeggiator run/stop.

All the arpeggiator parameters (and the other Advanced Preset options) will get Midi CC control soon ...
