I normally play Moog, but I built a sound installation
Hi everyone, Ive posted a few times regarding Moog synth stuff, but this time I wanted to share a project I worked on for about a month and a half in which I basically installed a floor to ceiling wire that used a CapSense setup to control oscillators running in a computer program I put together. Th...

Re: My synthpunk band just released a new EP...check it out!
You're welcome! I've been meaning to try synth metal...but not sure how I could pull it off. It's something I would love to do, but switching out a guitar with monosynths without sounding cheesy is very complicated for me. I guess I need to find a Casiotone and some effects pedals. man, synth...

Can you use MicroKorg arpeggiator to control Voyager??
Hello, I am new to midi and was wondering if anyone has ever synced there Voyager up to the Microkorg? I want to be able to use the Korg arpeggiator to control the Voyager...has anyone done this?
Thanks guys!

Re: Having trouble with low frequencies destroying my mix...
Move them in the stereo field if you can. That is the easiest. Sidechain the bass with a compressor/limiter is another way. Dynamics are key. Watch your levels. Not everything can be loud at the same time. "watch your levels. not everything can be loud at the same time" - that is a lesson...

Having trouble with low frequencies destroying my mix...
Hi, I am trying to get more educated on how to get a proper EQ for my setup. Currently I am having trouble with my Univox drum machine's bass frequencies kind of cutting out the rest of my mix with each punch of the kick drum sound. Also, I have the same problem if I have a really low bass sound on ...

Synth-punk band...check us out!
I am in a synth-punk called Danger Friends USA! I thought some of my fellow Moog users might appreciate it as it is very synth heavy punk music. We just recorded a full-length and made good use of the Moog Voyager, Micromoog, CP-251, Freqbox, Microkorg, and distorted Casiotone! Also a tad bit of Uni...

Selling a Micromoog...recently serviced
Hi everyone, I regret that I must sell my Micromoog. I recently purchased a Voyager, and needless to say, I am now short on funds. It was recently service by Kevin Lightner. I will miss this synth.
