Re: Moog MG-1 Rot
I bought a slider kit of of ebay but I was able to pull the sliders off the board, pry them open and clean out the gunk, fold em back up and re soldier them back in. I didn't have so much luck with the keyboard though. There is a very thin copper wire that runs along a plastic harness. Two tiers. On...

Re: Music production 101
Take something you have i.e. a synth and learn it inside and out. Focus on that alone. If that's too boring for you than you might not be up for it. Sometimes the hard part is just finding the piece of gear that clicks with you. Research research research! Find something that shows potential. Someth...

Interview / Article with a bunch of Moog namedropping...
Feel a bit like Eli Cash in The Royal Tenenbaums sending his report cards to Mrs. Tenenbaum but Hey there are at least two people on here that may care. ;) One of two interviews I've done that wasn't massively incorrect/misquoted. Although the interviewer seems more connected to my version of "...

Two DL-4's? Cool Yeah I wanted to get more octave range. Plus I like to make loops that don't match up. Makes it sound less loopy depending how you mix them live. The record trigger on the first one in the chain is sorta messed up so I use the reverse a lot to create frequency beats and the second ...

Thanks! And thanks for the compliments on my music. Stuff up on the Myspace page is pretty old and tends to be what I think might appeal to more people. I have a lot more FAR OUT There stuff. Been recording with the OS and it's really great. There's a whole new level of musicality to what I've got g...
