I got my CP-251 this week, thanks Moog! I have yet to play with it, though.
I can't wait to break it out!

Kind of OT... but does anyone use the Moog LP carrying bag for going to gigs? The LPII is too big to carry alone (especially when you have to carry a bunch of other things), so I want to get a protective carrying bag for it.

What effects/sounds are you using on the Moog? That sounded awesome!!! I need a talkbox now!

Ear plugs.

It doesn't flicker on and off while I play, but it will sometimes turn on when I go up/down an octave to it (the first octave above normal), and sometimes not.

Can dealers fix this kind of thing, or does it need to be sent back to the factory?

Well it's not a big problem, but it's annoying that I can't tell what octave I'm in sometimes.

So I checked again, and it seems to go on and off as I play, like there's a loose wire inside. I might have to take it over to the Moog dealer in town to ask them.
Anyone else have this problem?

There are some dark pixels as I scroll through the patches, and some of them are dark enough to look a bit like letters, but it's still readable. *shrug*
I don't want to have to send my Moog in to have the whole screen replaced.

Update: it didn't work at first, but I powered down the LP for a bit, then came back to show it to my dad, and all of the sudden, it worked. Maybe it just stuck because it was the first time I used it. I'll check it again later today and report.

I just got my LP Stage II today, and I was playing with it, and noticed that the amber octave light when you go up one octave doesn't illuminate. Does anyone else have this problem? Will I have to send it back to Moog to be replaced, or can I take it to the dealer here in town?

I just got my LP today, and it is a little dark between characters; like it was burned into the screen.
