i have the same problem, did you find a solution?

my moog Lp is blocked, on the screen there is: SEND FIRMWARE SX DATA ERROR 4
i turn off and on but nothing, always these words.
thank you for your help

i try but i can't synchronize my Lp with cubase 5.
if you have a solution thank you very much
maybe i don't do the right manipulations!

they wait for parts of CP before shipping.
the date is middle of april for shipping.
