Ok, good to know, then it's not "faulty" as such. It's a big unit, in an even bigger box, happy it's safe in my studio on a stand. Not going through the hassle of exchanging them, if chances are I get the same issue back, just on different keys.

iIs your keybed 100% straight?
I've got my One this last week, All is good, only my keyboard is not 100% aligned, on the right hand side 2nd key from the right sticks around 0.5mm forward and the 3rd key from the right seems 0.5mm raised. They both play fine though and seeing the rest of unit is is 100% mint and working perfectly...

I've got my Slim Phatty connected via USB with Cubases and that wroks all fine now I want to connect a Jomox MBase through it's Midi thru port, but no joy in the midi settings I've got both Midi in DIN/USB enabled and BOTH to THRU I can get signal via DIN MIDI OUT but MIDI thru just seems dead? Quick question, I've got a Novation Impulse and Minitaur when loading the editor, i choose the Impulse on the left hand side and the minitaur on thr right hand side, but no midi data arrivés when i play keys does the midi input in the editor actually work? both the Mintaur and the impulse work fine ...

works now, sort of, needed to select the minitaur in the output. But the editors midi through doesn't work so can't audition (need to switch to DAW first)

Voyager bank change MSB/LSB values
I am trying to build a Voyager patch script for Cubase in order to select all banks /patches. I've defined 7 banks, and can choose patches 1-128 but i am not able to change banks. per bank (A/B/C/D/E/F/G) i need a MSB and LSB value in order to succesfully change a bank i can't find these in the midi...
