Mine is serial number 01775.
I bought it back in January of 2015.
It lives in Ventura, California.
History: The cutoff pot needed replacing. It is currently at the Moog factory being fixed.

I had the same issue with my Sub 37. I just sent it in for repair. Unfortunately costing me a little over $70 to ship back! Mine is serial number 01775. I only had it for a few months before it started malfunctioning. Hopefully this is the only time I have to do this. I sold my other synths for this...
