MF-105M Midi question

I'm excited by the new MF105M. I saw the YouTube clip and noticed that it's possible to play the filters using MIDI note on messages.

I'd like to know if you can play the filters polyphonically. Is it possible to trigger different filterbands at the same time?

MF-106

I'd go for a Moogerfooger Stereo Chorus/Flanger.
If they have the components to make the delay then they also have the means to produce an analogue chorus/Flanger.

Who also wants a Moogerfooger Oscillator?

I would like to see a genuine Moog oscillator in a Moogerfooger package. That way it'll be possible to create a true modular Moogerfooger synthesizer. Why not use the Voyager oscillator design or the 921 design? I understand that the Moogerfooger form factor is aimed towards guitarists so in order t...

Boeing 737-400, New Order - Blue Monday : They used an Emulator I. The first 'budget' sampler, after the Fairlight came on the market. The sample they used was a gregorian choir. Depeche Mode - See You : That was the sound of the PPG Wave. It's a wavetable synth, the voices were created with a vowel...

Apparently the prototype doesn't have a memory and LCD.
Why don't they release a similar model like the prototype?

I would be quiet happy with a new Moog synth that is priced under $2000 and hasn't got a patch memory, Midi-CC for all controlers or any other expensive options like the touchpad.

Prototype synth for under $2000

I found this picture in a Namm 2000 report at keyboardonline.com. It was described as the Big Briar New Performance Synth for under $2000.

Will there ever be such a synth for under $2000? (dreaming of a cheaper world...)

Crash, You may want to have a look at the Sherman Filterbank http://www.sherman.be It's got an ADSR follower with it's proper CV output and input that can also be triggered from the audiosignal and MIDI. It has also got an LFO (not gate triggered) and of course 2 12dB multi-filters. It's a very vers...

Judging by the soundsamples, they've also spread the filters in the stereofield. Very nice!

Oh no, I'm not saying it will be a lame effect at all! I'm looking forward to hearing it. But I do miss the stereo aspect of effects like this, most of the time the output signal is mono while you can get some nice effects panning the different filters. I use the same prinicipal with my Akai VX600 s...

MuRF suggestion

If you could also pan each filter separately in the stereo image then Moog Music will have a truly great product.
