I am very surprised that Moog Music has not had words with Turnkey.
Yes, they are rubbish!!
I had a bad experience with them over two years ago when I went to buy a Voyager and had to go back three times which also cost me fuel driving to London and congestion charges getting into London, it ended ...

I have the movie also and find it very good but in some parts I agree with Sweep, I would have sooner seen more of Bob in the early days with Wendy or even last year filmed doing lectures etc over here in the UK.
Even more of Keith Emerson at the modular,or Will Alexander giving an inside into ...

Well I suppose this makes me out to sound old but I remember going into Feldon Recordings in Great Portland street London (the first Moog agent in UK) and seeing a Moog 3C and the first Minimoogs with RA Moog badge on them.
I also remember the Soho Soundhouse.

I have a LAMM Memory Moog and have just bought a Memory Moog Plus.

About twelve years ago I owned a masive expanded modular 55 (four cabinets) ,minimoog, polymoog and all the rackmounts including vocoder but things change and life goes on and then you kick yourself for selling it all to go midi.
I ...

Purchasing Moog products in the UK

Hi there
I agree with Mee3d and get one from the USA.

I have dealt with Turnkey in the past over a Voyager and ended up buying from the states with no problems at all.
If you phone Turnkey half the time the staff do not seem interested and to get through to the service department, well that's ...

WEARING MOOG T SHIRTS etc

I cannot see what all the fuss is about if you wear or are seen wearing clothes with Moog printed on it.
What about wearing T shirts with Ford or other car types or even football supporter wear.
Last year I wore my Moog T shirt to a Keith Emerson concert and Will Alexander his keyboard tech invited ...

How often do you see someone wearing Moog clothing?

I have to say I wore my Moog T shirt with pride when I met Dr Bob in Edinburgh here in the UK two weeks ago.
Although I was the only one I did feel a bit of a geek at first but it's respect for 50 years and all that stuff.

MOOG MODULAR 55 PATCH DIAGRAM

Hi there
I owned an extended 55, five years ago and wished now I had kept it.
I had added modules and extra cabinets and in the end it was nearly the same size as Keith Emerson's.
To start of route outputs from wave forms outs from two oscillators into fourway mixers at bottom row of cabinet.Take a ...

MOOG name in the UK.

It is very frustrating that the Moog Music logo has to be removed over here in the UK although they can use Bob Moogs name on products and that is how they got around selling the Voyager.
UK purchased Voyagers arrive with all the logos intact but the UK agent has to remove every sign of this ...
