Re: Free - 100 cosmic Voyager sounds

Treat yourself to a (free) gift on Bob's birthday. I think he'd approve of the spaced out sounds contained in this bank of presets!

Re: Free - 100 cosmic Voyager sounds

Hi, glad some of you are enjoying them. They were created in v3.4 so you might need to upgrade from 2.5! I am planning on making a video which will show off a selection of the sounds to give people an idea of what they can expect. Until I do that I suggest you take a leap into the unknown - I don't ...

Free - 100 cosmic Voyager sounds

Hi. To celebrate the release of our album, which features loads of Minimoog Voyager, we have created a bank of 100 space age sounds for the Minimoog. Inspired by the pioneering electronic music of the 50's and 60's the 100 sounds are heavy on modulation and touch screen control and are perfectly sui...

Re: The Simonsound cover Kraftwerk!!

Thanks David! The album is out soon and we've been getting play on BBC Radio 1 here in the UK. As a little treat for Voyager users I have created a bank of Simonsound spaced out fx that will be available for download sometime in May. Keep your eyes peeled. There will also be a set of EMS VCS3 ringto...

I have some Voyager recordings here www.thesimonsound.com (there is an album due March/April 2010) and also at my youtube page http://www.youtube.com/user/simonsound1 I use it for many things from basslines through to fx and as raw tones for anaologue tape loops. Some of the videos also show it in u...

Moog Voyager vs The Wiard Wogglebug

Hi there. I just got a Make Noise Wiard Wogglebug which is based on Don Buchla's Source of Uncertainty module. It is great for modulating pitch, waveform and filter plus triggering the envelopes on the Minimoog. It also has its own Oscillator which I feed into the Voyagers ext IN. I only got it last...

I just think its a real shame that you spend so much on a synth that is beautifully designed, and then the 'official' gig bag (which is overpriced) is cheap and nasty.

I felt the same when the Moog dust cover arrived!

Moog Voyager gig bag - bad design fault

Am I missing something or are the straps inside the case badly designed. The velcro that is meant to hold the straps nice and tight is in the wrong place and means that you can't fasten the straps. Anyone else noticed this? I'm lucky as my wife is a dab hand with a needle. I'll have to get some more...

Just wanted to give the RE-20 another big thumbs up. Pretty much have my voyager going through this at all times. It really send it into space! Here is a video I made last year of some very 50's Forbidden Planet sounding fx using the Voyager and RE-20. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KyVOv955oD8&...

Thanks for the feedback! Glad you like it. We've also got a cover of Bob James' Nautilus on our forthcoming album, again featuring lots of Voyager.
