Re: LP Stage Midi output velocity
thats pretty disappointing if it is true. the velocity curve on the phatty is so low I have to put a midi velocity effect on every track I use it on in ableton.

It's more than the output being switched- the knobs register no input, and the lights flash erratically. I'm going to try setting it up at a completely different location tomorrow, to see if its a grounding issue- but I'm skeptical; I've been using the LP in the same outlet for a month and encounter...

My LP is going crazy!
I turn it on today, the knobs don't seem to work, the lights jump around, no sound comes out... I've tried a factory restore, gonna call moog tomorrow- does anyone have any ideas before I send my LP away?

Fooger refurbishing?
So I just bought (finally) a brand new MF-101 and 102, and they are great, as well as an awesome addition to my existing MF-103 and Little Phatty. However, when playing around with the 101 and 102, I noticed that my 103 just seemed a little bit, well, old. The potentiometers aren't very smooth, the ...

From what I've learned, of the newer mpcs, the 1000 and 2500 are the most popular and the best bang for your buck (I heard the 5000 is kind of a dog). The older mpcs like the 3000 or 2000 are great, but don't have much ram, great storage, etc. For sequencing, my mpc 1000 is super intuitive, probably...

Pitch wheel problem! Help!
It seems that my pitch wheel only registers downward input. While the wheel itself physically seems fine (it moves up and down) the Little Phatty only registers the downward pulls. I did a bit more research and figured out that the Phatty seems to think the wheel is always up; if I change the pitch ...

MF103 vs audio interference/noise
My MF-103 seems to pick up a lot of radio interference, and at certain points (esp. when drive is around 3 o clock or lower but output is up) it seems to have a lot of noise as well. I think it might be where I live (I do sometimes pick up radio on guitar amps as well), but my Little Phatty sits rig...
