I had a hard time finding a case due to the Voyager's unusual dimensions, so I had one made by a company called Rock Hard Cases in Oregon (https://www.rockhardcases.com/cases). The owner is Mark DeHart, and he's great to work with.
I think mine was the second Voyager case he's made, so I know he's ...

Re: SysEx update 3.5 fails (and Did I just brick my Voyager?)
This is too funny. I just stumbled upon this post while troubleshooting a failed upgrade to 3.6, and didn't realize at first that this was a thread I started 8 years ago. This seems like a good opportunity to tie up this dangling thread.

Re: MIDI Murf // Preset Editor Software
I sent an email to SoundTower about this but never heard back. I found that the MIDI MuRF Editor software doesn't work on Mac OS beyond Mojave. Still works there, so if you can spare an old MacBook used just for legacy software....

Re: SysEx update 3.5 fails (and Did I just brick my Voyager?
Hi Rudi. I just tried again as you suggested, and the Bank A fails at the very end with the "System Exclusive Transfer has failed" message. It seems strange that it seems to copy just fine until the end -- almost like Midi-Ox isn't exiting that process gracefully. As I mentioned previously, I've ...

Re: SysEx update 3.5 fails (and Did I just brick my Voyager?
Hi Rudi,
I'm not sure exactly what you mean by my "own drivers". On the WinXP computer, I just have whatever Pro Tools installed when I got the Digi 002. On the Mac, I was shocked that the Digi 002 even worked with Mac OS X and Live 9. So I can't say that I've done much in the way of hunting down ...

Re: SysEx update 3.5 fails (and Did I just brick my Voyager?
Hi Rudi -- thanks for the quick reply. I read through the thread you linked and tried these steps:
- Downloaded the 3.6 files for regular Voyager
- Powered off
- Held down -1 / +1 buttons and powered it on
- It prompted for Bank D. Released the buttons.

I know, I know, you're probably thinking, "Not this topic again...." But please check this out...

FreqBox starts in bypass mode on power up
Greetings! I own several Moogerfooger pedals, and the FreqBox is the only one that starts off in bypass mode on power up. All the rest are engaged and ready to go when turned on. It's not that big of a deal, but still kinda annoying. Anyone else notice this?
