guitar center will sometimes allow you to transfer to a different store.

i would probably buy the axxe if i was it for $300-400 us. if i saw one.

there is a band here in texas called Yeti.kind of avant prog/metal
they use one and its pretty damn raw sounding. of course i think they put it through a amp with a little distortion. :wink:

moog modular in sims 2

i was over a friends house and his girl was playing the sims2 on playstaion2, well i look up and shes in a castle and one of the characters is sitting at a theater style organ playing Toccata and Fugue in D Minor.
and atop that organ is a huge moog modular.my jaw dropped. of course

not accurate at all.

but then again you get what you pay for, and it was the cheapest tuner at guitar center when i bought it.

speaking of lots of keyboards on stage, ever seen tommy mars in zappas band around 78-79. hehe all the way from the floor up and all around him.with a minimoog front and center. there is some pretty good shots of his rig in the movie frank zappa's baby snakes.it was recently re-released on dvd.
