Well, to be absolutley fair, Moog never promised that parameters such as filter cutoff could be controlled via midi.
However, it is clearly their intention that the sequencer should be able to sync via midi, but as the above video shows, there are some very serious issues with that.

Re: Matriarch Midi Clock Sync problems
Here is a link to a short video demonstrating the problem: https://youtu.be/jH0WEh7REts (It is unlisted on youtube, so you can only see the vid with this link.) I can add that the problem is the same whether I use usb midi or din midi. Using a good ol’ analog clock from my modular is rock solid thou...

Re: Matriarch Midi Clock Sync problems
I just tried to sync my Matriarch via usb midi from a Hermod sequencer. It responds to start/stop, but timing is garbage. It can play a few beats in time, but then throws in erratic stutters. The really odd thing is that I found a combination of patch cords (in positions that has NOTHING to do with ...

Eric, this post is sooo spot on. It says it better than any words. Yet it remains a mystery why Moog (with all respect) chose to take the design of the guitar in that direction. I am sure that they handed over the guitar building to a very skilled person, but apparently not to someone who understand...

You guys are a bunch of whining complainers, and over nothing. I have a RME and I never ever use the presets. Have any of you heard of sound exploration? And if so, what does that have to do with presets? Nothing. I suppose presets are a good thing if you want to explore the same old tired territor...

Saving a patch. An all time low?
Is there any synths out there that requires more button presses to save than the Voyager? Don´t get me wrong, I love this machine, but saving a patch is.... yuck. If you are lucky and your last visit to the edit menu was "save", then you "only" have five button presses to do (for...

Ok, now I see what you are after. Although not the same thing, it strikes me that you could try with a triangle through the lag processor of the CP-251. Set RISE to zero and adjust FALL to taste. This should do an imitation of the pictured curve, but of course this would not work at all if the input...
