Wow, I was thinking more in terms of simple tips & tricks, this thread ended up going in a number of other directions. It's all good though.

I'm not a keyboard player, but I've been playing guitar and other instruments long enough that I can find my way around a piano reasonably well.

But it seems like a monophonic keyboard is actually harder to play than a polyphonic. I'm always 'slurring' when I don't want to, and a lot of patches are ...

You can copyright a manuscript but not a typeface.

On the other hand, a film is copyrighted and so are the likenesses of all of the actors in it.

The cables which connect to the new board are too short to reach the proper connections. The worst offender is the power supply cable which is about 2 inches too short and that sucker's wires are soldered directly to the power supply.
