Voyager Electric Blue Backlight problem

Hi all,
Have recently been trying to rehabilitate my Voyager Electric Blue after a long period in indoor storage. The presets had turned to gobbledegook, but a factory reset and installation of the latest firmware seems to have brought it all back to life. So just one problem remains; the backlight ...

Now I'm completely confused. I've loaded OS 3.2 with no problems, but the LCD screen is still black (although still backlit). But Master 1.1 isn't "LCD Contrast" on my machine, it's MIDI Run Status. So anyone have any ideas where I can find the LCD Contrast now?

Hi folks,
Thanks for your answers! I'm not using adaptors of any kind on the headphones and I have tried a couple of different makes with the same result. So I guess it's a hardware fault on the Moog. Luckily it's still under warranty, but I'll miss it while it's being repaired.

Headphone socket problem

Can anyone help? Just got a Voyager Electric Blue with version 3.0 software and I'm delighted with it except for one thing. Whenever I plug a set of headphones (Beyer DT100 - nothing exotic!) into the socket on the front panel I get a permanent sustain on most, but not all sounds. Surely this can't ...
