Got it to work

My MIDI setup for this is: MIDI out from master voyager to MIDI IN on second Voyager, Midi THRU from second Voyager back to MIDI IN on first Voyager... Local Off on first Voyager. I've done this with a Voyager keyboard + two RMEs for 3-voice polyphony and I don't recall getting any hung notes. Make...

Connecting two voyagers

I don't why I never tried before but today I thought I would hook my two voyagers together and have some two note polyphony hapenning but I cant get it to work. It sort of worked for a while but then just hangs all the time. I tried playing one from the other and I can get them to play the same note...

The first thing that came to my mind and Im sure its already been said is why the hell are Moog busy diluting their brand name with guitars and wasting time not building a poly. This is classic mis-use of a brand and just leads to confusion, stick to doing what you do best make synthesizers. This is...

Cheap, easy no techincal knowledge needed and it doesnt void your warranty... you never know we might even be ab...

it was in fact recorded, not sure if it was multi track or just the stereo feed off the desk . Come to think of it there was no mobile there so it must be just a stereo feed. It was filmed with at least 4 cameras. There have been preliminary approaches to the artists about a dvd release and I for on...

the moog in black music

I find it really strange that nobody mention the huge impact the moog and synthesizers had in black music. listen to any stevie wonder albums, herbie, george duke, george clinton ... its as much an earthy funky instrument as it is painfully white and sterile in the hands of the likes of rick wakeman...

LP

I was priviledged to be involved in a small way in the design process of this synth and would just like to congratulate everyone at Moog. The first product a company releases after the founder dies has so much pressure on it commercially and emotionally and I think the LP has succeeded on every leve...

we had no problem recording them fromt he midi out but when we played them back in it just didnt work , perhaps there is just too much info ? the reason why we were trying to automate it was we needed to do the same sweep on a pair of stereo tracks.
