Re: Voyager XL Tolex "chassis has been updated"?

Thanks for that info! This truly is a sexy beast! And I agree for something like this the two lamps look classier than the back light. Plus it would be well over $6k I would imagine if it had back lightning for the whole panel, including the patch bay.

Anyone know how the face plate is printed? Is it etched, silk screen, etc?

Re: My "Dream" Moog

the moog modular stuff has a different sound to it for sure. i got to spend some time with a system 35 and sequencer compliment 8) but really, for all intensive purposes what you have covers most of your needs probably

Moogerfooger modular?

Please? Compliant with synthesizer.com power supply...or take a page out of Roland's book and allow it to be powered from either modular or wall wart

Now that some of the moogerfoogers are being discontinued, this seems like a logical next step.

Re: Anyone tried MF boost to make Voy more aggressive?

Other good choices if you have a modular; STG soundlabs mixer (based on the original Moog modular mixer) or wavefolder, or the synthesizers.com instrument interface (adds up to 1000x gain!)

That makes sense. I didn't consider the fact that people actually use these on stage

Why did Moog change the design of the Minifoogers so soon?

So yeah...Why did Moog change the design of the Minifoogers so soon?

They started with the little name plaques then switched the geometric designs. I know it's not a huge deal, just thought it was a bit strange.

Re: Sub37 gig bag vs case?

Thanks for the heads up about the straps. I might keep a towel in there with it to give a little extra protection then.

Re: Sub37 gig bag vs case?

Cool thanks, sounds like it will be fine for me then. Yeah Voyager + case = sore the next morning when I haven't staged it out in awhile LOL so being lighter will be a huge bonus

Sub37 gig bag vs case?

So I finally got to play a Sub37 in person ...OMG it's everything I hoped it would be (granted a couple software bugs but nothing Amos won't be able to fix  ) and I think I need to own one. I'd have to sell my Voyager to fund this, but that would allow me to have some left over cash for more m...

Re: Just pulled the Plug on a Voyager...

First off, congratulations! Fantastic synthesizer! Secondly, I think you meant "pulled the trigger". "pulled the plug" on your implies that the Voyager died   Thirdly, when you get your Voyager, turn it on let it warm up for at least ten minutes, and read through the...

Re: Voyager TNT (Tips & Tricks) - Oscilllator 3 Out Of The B

Forum discussions like this are a true testament to the complexity of the Voyager. Its been over ten years and people are still finding new things to do with it.
