I contacted Moog and was informed that they are now aware of the problem. I received a nice email from Ryan, the tech support manager, and they're going to look at updating the code for the keyscan board to fix this. If you are having this issue, I suggest you get in touch with Moog's tech support s...

Yes, I also can reproduce this. Sometimes the low F will stop playing even while still held when playing notes above it. Seems to happen at random. As the others have found, I can't get this behavior to occur with any other key. The key scanner is the only digital component in the OS. Perhaps that's...

Where to download 1.04 for the Tribute Edition?
I can't seem to find any of the LPTE software downloads on Moog's site. The download tab for all of the Little Phatty models has a link that goes to Soundtower's site, which seems like a mistake.

It's a standard straight-through DB-25 (male to female) cable. They look the same as DB-25 null-modem cables, so check to be sure the pinout is correct. ;) The card can probably be ordered if you call Moog, or anyone around here with a Voyager OS and a VX-351 may have one available as they are not r...

I use a Furman power conditioner for all my gear. They don't cost a terrible amount. I think I paid about $200 for a PL-Plus. Though if there is lightning in the area and I'm able to, I always unplug all my gear and computer. I've set it up so that it's only two main outlets so it's very easy to plu...

When I got my MuRF about 18 months ago, it shipped with a 300mA power supply. I'd contact Moog tech support about it and let them know that there is conflicting information and that you'd like a 300mA power supply. The manual goes to great pains to ensure that one uses a power supply with sufficient...

Perhaps. But I sort of regard the CP-251 as a gift rather than a bundled product. It wasn't, after all, central to my decision to buy the Little Phatty. And I would never want to seem greedy about a gift! ;) Well, I'll just say that there is a big difference between being greedy and wanting informa...

I just got an Andromeda, and I LOVE the high-tech-ness of the display! For instance, the frequency value goes to about 4 or 5 decimal places, and the LFOs are displayed graphically (they stretch and contract as the rate changes!). Each to their own :) Yep. I have an A6 too, and I love the display. ...
