I'm still not quite with you, Martin - how do you trigger a continuous blip on the Voyager?

Nice sounds, BTW!

I had a really amazing customer service experience with this company. They're responsible, competent, and efficient. It is truly rare to deal with a company that seems to care more about maintaining quality than raising quantity. Check out this thread about my Voyager issues: http://moogmusic.com/fo...

Check this response out - it was just a couple of hours after I wrote to them. We should all thank our lucky stars that we are dealing with a company that stands behind their products like Moog. "The main cause of your problems is simple. There is supposed to be a connection from the left-hand ...

Thanks for the replies. Any input is good. I do know that the lingering sound was not from the release being set high. None of the controls on the panel have any effect on this sound - including turning the oscillators off! The sound was a steady, low-level hum, related to the last key played. Very ...

Voyager, what to do?

Hello - i'm going to give you as complete an account as I can of this problem, so plese bear with this rather lengthy description. I'm looking for anyone who has experience with any of these problems, so I can begin to rule out causes. I bought a Voyager EB #0048 from Woodwind and Brasswind a few we...

MIDI in

I'm having what is probably a stupid MIDI moment, but I can't seem to figure it out. I'm trying to control the MMV with a Yamaha WX5 wind controller and the MMV responds to only every other note (starting with the second note I play). I've also tried to control it from an external MIDI keyboard and ...

Thanks for the replies. The whine on mine is definitely noticeable. You'd have to be very deaf to not notice it. But if that's the biggest problem with this board, I'll take it!

Refurbished Electric Blue

So I finally got a Voyager! played it last night for the first time. I got a deal on one that had been refurbished so I'm going through and looking for problems while I can still get my money back (45 days). On the Electric Blue, how loud is the "whine" for the backlight? Mine is pretty lo...

Hmmm, so am I understanding correctly that you can install 3.x on a Voyager that doesn't have the new hardware upgrade? And that the only difference in functionality is that the preset storage is still only 128 patches? Would I be able to change patches using the ext. mix knob?
