I have been using the arpeggiator in ableton Live with my Korg MS-10. Using the right midi to cv converter, you could arpeggiate any mono synth you wanted to. I use the kenton pro-2000 which will work with any mono synth out except eml. Check it out.

Tube Guitar amp with analogue synth?

I am thinking of buying a tube combo amp fender hot rod deluxe, twin 65' or even the new peavey value king combos. The question is I am a guitar playing but I also play analogue synth bass and leads with my MS-10. I was wondering if any of these amps can handle both of these or not or are there a ma...

To asd, my 104sd does the same thing when I hit bypass depending on how I have the drive knob set the input level led will get red or more red. If it was say yellow or greenish-yellow when it was active. That worried me a little but it doesn't do anything audible that I can notice.

Now I use my 104sd with guitar using an ebow with the drive about at 11 oclock and the output to about 2 oclock and I never had a problem but I have heard of the same thing with someone using the first batch of 104's. Also when you plug/ unplug your power connecter do you do it as follows- plug in t...

Yes, MOTM is a great choice for modular synthesizer, their VCO's are above any of the others. You can get a really nice system for about $2000-2500, also there are so many ones to mix and match with like Dotcom, Blacet... but i prefer Modcan. They (Modcan) have also just came out with a new analog s...

Kenton is a good company to use with any analog synth/modular stuff. I did own a pro solo and it is a great box to use with cv type synths. I used it on my korg MS-10 and I eventully got more synths , pearl Sy-1, MF-104SD and I plan on getting a Modular synth some day. So I sold my Pro Solo and got ...

Ok this is for people who have their MF-104SD. Did any of you test your delay time to see what you are getting. Is it close to 60ms-700ms on the short and 120ms-1400ms on the long. I did some tests and i seem to be getting about 64ms-770ms on the short and 110ms-1450ms on the long. Also the delay kn...

The price was $749 , and the mf-104z is going for $689. But you get extra delay time and a collectable.

Ok if I'm reading this right It looks like the MN3008 has just a little better S/N ratio and a wider frequency responce than the MN3005, so if any thing the new MF-104's will have a little cleaner sound and wider bandwidth. Just a little but it's a difference. If any one can tell the difference who ...

Just got my MF-104SD #009 yesterday and Damn!!!!! This thing is the Holy grail of delays. This thing sounds so sick!!! OK First off the Short setting is pretty clear in the bandwidth I've used it on Korg Ms-10, SK-1 and a epiphone Les paul elite plus. It sounds awesome on guitar and the drive is cra...
