Re: Midi MuRF in patchbay
Thanx. I must say that's really a bad solution. They should put some jumpers inside that might change the behaviour. Many people rack their foogers and it's really not up their alley. So I guess there is no solution (I don't know if a 2.5V normalling in the patchbay would solve this?)

Re: Midi MuRF in patchbay
Why am I having no issues like that with my other MFs? How is the MuRF different? (I guess something about how it handles the knob values to make it MIDI comaptibile).

Re: New Moogerfooger Suggestion
If You are happy with your Mopho filter then don't get a MF101, but You might want to check it out somewhere (at a store, rent it from Your local distributor etc.) because You may find that the Moog filter sound suits You much better, but that's just a matter of taste. Also You might want a filter t...

Re: Happy birthday Kevin :-)
Hmmm... I must have mixed something up, next year I'll be on time ;-) But I still have time to start a Birthday thread tommorow for our great supportive Moog guy that name has 4 letters and starts with an A. In fact my own name meets the above parameters and my BD is a day later :-) As for Warsaw be...

Happy birthday Kevin :-)
2 years ago You wrote that nobody would remember the next year, true, but this year I've stumbled upon the topic, so here it is:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Re: Midi MuRF in patchbay
Now how do I do that?
I understand that it will fool the murf that an expression pedal in the heel position is plugged in?

Midi MuRF in patchbay
Hi I've just put my 105M in a rack and connected it to a TRS patchbay (with a TRS cable) and there is a problem. All my other racked foogers (101, 102, 103, 107) behave correctly (knobs work full range as if there were no cables pluged into the foogers - except some normalling that had to be done in...

LP TE 2.0 Field Update
Hi
Does anyone have the LP TE 2.0 hardware update instructions (memory chip installation and stuff).
I remember Moog sent them to me a long time ago and I can't find them now.
If anyone can help me please send them to [email protected]
Thanx

Re: MF 108M? flux
My point of view is: -it's not a control only processor (multiple lfo module), because a huge market for MFs is the guitar market, so the thing has to process audio, besides MP-201 is an LFO/Envelope generator, so they wouldn't double a product they already have. Moreover, a control processor would ...

Re: Tuning Problems = Ground Loop
I've heard about that issue, but haven't experienced it myself. When I turn the gain real high I can hear some hum (who doesn't), but when I touch a screw on the rack and the LP chasis it goes away. I'm thinking that because the LP power plug has a grounding pin and all the moogerfoogers in my rack ...

Tuning Problems = Ground Loop
I'm getting some LP TE tuning issues lately. I have some Moogerfoogers and a patch bay setup. I know we all like gear so have a look ;-) http://knobz.net/gear.html The thing is that sometimes when I plug some things in my moogerfooger rack the phatty goes out of tune, when I enter auto tuning menu t...

New Synth Tutorial at KNOBZ.NET! This time a tutorial about adding Ring Modulation on the decay part of the sound, it can be used on any effect that has a voltage controlled dry/wet (MIX) ratio. http://knobz.net/synth5.html Also added my wife's gallery of drawings on pictures of abandoned places. ht...

Re: Sequencer Improv
Nice EricK,
Has a certain Vangelis sound to it, especially the Taurus notes, don't know why, but it brings V to mind.
As someone stated in the YT comments it's somewhat creepy, just the way I like it

Little Phatty + Looper
Hi I got a Roland Cube 60XL Bass amp for my Little Phatty Tribute and I must say it's fantastic (the amp, LP too ;-) It has a built in looper and a Solo channel (instant parameter recall) and amp simpulator and more, cool. I always wanted a looper and I'm starting to play with it. I've come up with ...
