Did you switch the clock to internal? My clock was set to Auto, and Auto detected Analog as source, even nothing was connected to clock in.

When using Split Mode with the sequencer running, it would be extremely useful if transpose operations only affected the notes within their assigned split zone.

This would allow, for example:
• Running a bass sequence in the lower split, transposing it in real-time.
