This bugs me too. I have emailed Moog support about this (cricket noises)…. no reply at all… no reply at all. I think it shows a real lack of customer service that they can boldly manf, promote, and sell such a pricey synth and then act like it doesnt exist anymore. It deserves more firmware updates.
